Government Industrial Training Institute, Rua established in the year 2023 has contributed immensely to the society by creating technically competent and industrially trained professionals/ skilled workforce at par with global standards through the adaptation of sustainable and professional engineering methodological practices. Govt. I.T.I Rua aims to be a world leader in creating industrially proficient human resource in the form of cutting edge-multi skilled work force through the able guidance of our Principal and time to time guidance of our Director, Technical Education and Training, Odisha.

To provide skill training in tandem with professional engineering practices to produce industry ready professionals.
To instil in trainees the capability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop/design solutions utilizing modern tools for sustainable development.
